Pain is an unpleasant feeling of a non-physical origin. A part of human’s existence, it is quite unpreventable. There will be instances when one will be placed in a situation where he or she will feel lonely, guilty or ashamed, rejected, grieving and gloomy, or feel like a failure. Since we cannot really escape from it, the sanest thing to do is to let go and move on from it.
