The first three months are the most critical. Though you don’t feel anything in your tummy yet act very pregnant! Here are 9 NOT to do list when you’re an expectant mom.
1. Do NOT lift weights, stay put and don’t loiter, postpone out-of-town gimmicks, and don’t stay up late.
2. NEVER smoke nor drink alcohol. They say, however, that second hand smoke is more damaging so stay away from those places.
3. Do NOT just drink any meds without the clearance of your ob-gynecologist. Some medicines have adverse effect on the baby inside your tummy.
